- Work Schedule: Fixed Day Shift- 8AM to 5PM
- Work Setup: Hybrid, 3-4 days onsite per week
Responsible for leading and overseeing IAM operations across infrastructure platforms, including Windows Server, Linux/Unix, AS400, vCenter, XCC/IMM, SRM, databases, and network devices, ensuring secure, compliant, and consistent access management. The role provides strategic direction, governance, and operational oversight for IAM services, drives process standardization and automation, and ensures alignment with enterprise security objectives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong security leadership mindset, solid understanding of multi-platform IAM controls, and a proactive approach to improving IAM maturity, efficiency, and risk posture.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee IAM infrastructure operations, ensuring compliance with security policies, access control standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide operational governance and direction for IAM controls across Windows Server, Linux/Unix, AS400, vCenter, XCC/IMM, SRM, databases, and network devices.
- Oversee and approve access provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning, including privileged access, ensuring adherence to least‑privilege and segregation‑of‑duties principles.
- Act as an escalation point for complex IAM-related infrastructure and security issues, guiding root cause analysis and remediation.
- Drive service improvement initiatives, including process optimization, automation strategy, and standardization across IAM infrastructure services.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, application, and audit teams to align IAM onboarding, operational practices, and security standards.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation for IAM processes, controls, operating procedures, and automation standards.
- Maintain oversight of IAM inventory, access reviews, and audit activities, ensuring timely and effective remediation of findings.
- Provide team leadership, coaching, and performance oversight to ensure consistent service delivery and continuous capability improvement.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in Information Security, with 2+ years in IAM or security operations leadership roles.
- Proven experience in managing IAM operations and security technologies across enterprise infrastructure environments.
- Strong hands-on and managerial experience in IAM support and governance, including access lifecycle and privileged access management.
- Solid experience with Windows Server, Linux, AS400, and database security platforms such as MS SQL and Oracle.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including identity lifecycle management, conditional access, role-based access, and application integration.
- Experience driving automation, standardization, or tooling improvements using scripting or engineering teams (PowerShell, Python, Shell).
- Strong knowledge of application- and infrastructure-level IAM controls, integration patterns, and security best practices.
- Proven ability to lead incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and remediation for IAM-related issues.
- Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and leadership skills across infrastructure, security, and application teams.
- Excellent analytical, planning, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including audit and executive-level communication.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field; security or IAM certifications are a plus.
