Position Summary
The Manager, Recruitment provides frontline leadership for the HROD Recruitment team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment administration services in line with the function's service delivery vision, governance framework and agreed service standards.
The role leads a team responsible for implementing recruitment processes and supporting the overall strategy of the Recruitment Centre of Excellence and HR Operations teams. This includes overseeing recruitment activity across graduate, lateral and business services hiring.
The successful candidate will bring strong recruitment operations and people management expertise, with the ability to build team capability, manage workloads and ensure adherence to service metrics. The role requires demonstrated coaching and mentoring skills, together with a commitment to supporting the development and performance of team members.
Duties And Accountabilities

- Lead the effective operational management and delivery of recruitment services.
- Manage the team responsible for administering the Firm's global recruitment programs, including graduate, lateral, business services and partner recruitment activities.
- Ensure the team processes recruitment requests accurately and efficiently, understands local process variations and manages exceptions in accordance with established guidance.
- Assess and manage new process intake and extensions to existing services, taking account of team capacity, skills and capability.
- Partner with recruiters, recruitment agencies and other vendors on projects, tasks and issues relating to services delivered by the HROD Recruitment team.
- Represent the HROD Recruitment team in global recruitment meetings, projects, initiatives and stakeholder discussions.
- Provide clear leadership, direction and guidance to the team on process improvements, process interpretation, project delivery, reporting, legal and regulatory compliance, Firm initiatives and day-to-day operations.
- Implement and manage function-specific service-level agreements and key performance indicators, ensuring service standards are met consistently and resources are used effectively.
- Lead and implement operational changes that improve service quality, efficiency and candidate, hiring manager and recruiters experience.
- Address complaints and developmental feedback professionally, promptly and fairly, ensuring appropriate resolution for internal clients. Recognize and respond appropriately to positive feedback.
- Foster clear communication, collaboration and alignment among relevant stakeholders and local management.
Supervisory/Management
- Manage and review work allocation and ensure that there is business continuity in the delivery of services to our employees. Ensure that there is an established succession plan and prepares readiness of team members
- Responsible for team members development - create and coordinate upskilling programs to support career progression and growth of team members within the stream
- Promotes team engagement and manage employee relations within and across the stream
- Manage performance evaluation process, conflict resolution, staffing and disciplinary issues of team members.
- Responsible in managing the development of the team by leading objective setting and conducting performance discussions
- Conducts coaching, mentoring and feedback sessions to address performance gaps
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/College Degree
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive work experience in the functions, with a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of captive shared service operations
- Strong operations and change management skills, including experience in designing, re-designing, and implementing procedures and processes
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – and ability to work at all levels
- Must have strong ServiceNow, Workday, and MS Office skills, with high proficiency in analyzing operations performance metrics
- Amenable to work in rotating shifts (APAC, EMEA and Americas time zones), Hybrid set-up
