JOB SUMMARY:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience/ talent management experience, with at least 3 years in leadership or business partner role.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Skilled in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PP
  • Extensive experience in:
  • Disciplinary Case Management
  • Talent Engagement and Event Management
  • Employee Relations
  • Legal handling of DOLE/NLRC cases
  • Available for a shifting schedule and amenable to be working in our Manila sites.

Role and Responsibilities of an HR Talent Partner Role Overview:

The HR Talent Partner is aligned to business units and functions to provide HR expertise and consulting for building organizational capability to achieve current and future business objectives and hence, HR Talent Partner would help execute Business Unit's talent agenda & drive HR Processes, interventions, new initiatives & employee engagement and also, measure impact, seek and provide feedback to HR Business Partners and assist in talent agenda course correction as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnering:

  • Provide HR partnership for the Senior Manager & Associate Director (SM & AD level) associates, for both strategic and tactical initiatives, day to day HR support and execution of strategies for assigned business units and provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Builds and maintains effective working relationships with leaders and employees to provide guidance and counsel on a variety of HR and business-related issues.

Employee Life-Cycle Processes:

  • Merit increase process, incentive process, SPA/CBA/Other allowances, YER grievance
  • Career & Skill Architecture Refreshers, PIP - Tracking & Closure, Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.

Frontline Manager Enablement:

  • Evangelize first time manager programs with the BU Leadership Team, socialize constructive career conversations, track progress & report, follow up on corrective/remedial actions

Training and Development / Employee Engagement:

  • Facilitate workshops or training sessions related to HR policies, compliance, and employee engagement.
  • Design and deliver engagement programs tailored to business unit needs.
  • Monitor employee sentiment and feedback to improve workplace culture.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Policy Implementation:

  • Ensure that HR policies and procedures are consistently applied throughout the organization.
  • Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Drive core HR processes such as performance management, talent reviews, and career development.
  • Introduce and manage new HR initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and practices.

Handling Grievance cases filed in Department of Labor and Employment:

  • Function as a liaison between the company and the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) when grievance cases are filed.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into grievances, gathering relevant information and documentation from all parties involved.
  • Prepare and submit required documentation and response to DOLE as needed.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel when necessary to address complex cases and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Work towards resolution of grievances through mediation or negotiation, striving to maintain positive employee relations and minimize potential disputes.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Collect and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas of improvement.
  • Provide regular reports to management on HR- related issues, including employee satisfaction.
