Role Overview
- Work from office position as per the project requirement
- Lead, coach, and develop team leaders/supervisor to ensure high performance and excellent customer service.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance through KPIs, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Handle escalated customer concerns, providing resolutions that balance customer satisfaction and company policies.
- Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and results-driven team culture
- Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., IT, Finance, Customer Service) to resolve systemic billing issues.
- Collaborate and implement possible identified solutions to enhance workflows, reduce errors, and improve billing accuracy
- Lead or contribute to projects aimed at optimizing the billing function and improving customer experience.
- Develop and document business requirements for new processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Track project progress, manage timelines, and communicate updates to stakeholders
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years finisher of any college course
- w/ at least 6 years of People Management experience
- w/ experience in handling Insurance Brokerage account
- w/ experience in handling other type of Insurance campaign is also a plus
- amenable to work onsite and night shift in Taguig
