ASA Philippines Foundation is a non-profit organization specializing in microfinance. The foundation was established in August 2004 with its first branch in Camarin, Caloocan and has since expanded nationwide. ASA Philippines serves over 1.8 million micro entrepreneurs, offering them opportunities for growth and empowerment.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Manager at ASA Philippines Foundation. The Manager will be based in Guihulngan but will have the flexibility to work from home as needed. The responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing staff, developing and implementing strategies to support micro entrepreneurs, and ensuring the success of the foundation's programs.

Qualifications
  • Leadership, Team Management, and Strategic Planning skills
  • Experience in Microfinance or Financial Management
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and Decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of Non-profit organizations and social impact
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Experience working with marginalized communities is a plus
