Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Kitchen Manager located in Metro Cebu. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards. Additional duties include managing the kitchen team, maintaining inventory, and supporting the development of culinary strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking techniques to deliver high-quality dishes consistently
• Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage standards and Food Quality assurance practices
• Experience in Culinary Management, including team leadership, kitchen organization, and staff training
• Ability to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment in compliance with health regulations
• Proven problem-solving skills and the capacity to innovate and improve kitchen operations
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role and in the buffet or restaurant industry is an advantage
