Role Pitch We are looking for a proven Accounting Operations Manager to lead our global Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams.
Cloudpay provides integrated payroll processing, payment services and analytics and we need a proven Finance Shared service expert to help scale our accounting operations & processes.
We use Oracle NetSuite as our ERP and integrate with a full suite of solutions and applications across the enterprise.
This role will play a key part as we integrate/interface NetSuite with our core CloudPay applications and Financial and Operational systems transpiring from our business transformation programme.
Key Responsibilities Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:
- Manage the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable Teams and Credit Controller (5 direct reports)
- Manage the invoicing from our service partners whom provide our payroll services externally in countries where we do not perform in-house. Our service partners form a core part of our billing cycle and P2P processes
- Manage our end-to-end process cycle for Q2C and P2P
- Ownership of the Sales and Purchase Order processing and Billing
- Collaboration cross-functionally with the broader business, finance, legal, operations, IT & implementation to drive best practice
- Build a scalable solution, capable of adding new services & offerings as we continue our rapid growth
Description Attributes and Experience Required:
- Proven track record and experience in leading Accounting Operations for a Global services organization including working in an offshore Centre of Excellence model
- Understanding of complex Quote to Cash and Purchase to Pay processes including the Accounting double entry a must
- Experienced with process improvement projects or finance transformations or ERP rollout, ideally, in the tech sector.
- Self-motivated, results driven and likes working under strict deadlines
- Effective collaborator between functional teams to drive projects through to closure
- Make decisions or propose/escalate decisions to key decision makers
- Be a driving force for change
- Global ERP exposure, Oracle NetSuite an advantage
- Excellent attention to detail and highly utilizing Excel/business tools
- Understanding root caSenior use analysis
- Ability to proactively investigate & redesign business processes
