We are looking for Sales Management Trainees who will undergo structured preparation for future management responsibility and possible permanent assignment as:

• Regional Sales Manager
• Product Manager
• Key Accounts / Business Development Officer

These positions are suited for candidates who want to build a new career direction in the animal health, veterinary, pharmaceutical, and agribusiness industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undergo structured training in sales, product, and business development operations
• Support field sales activities, customer development, and market execution
• Assist in product promotion, account coordination, and sales reporting
• Learn market analysis, distributor coordination, and project-based business development
• Prepare for future management responsibility in sales, product, or business development

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any four-year course or higher
• Degree or background in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Agriculture, Marketing, Business, or related fields is an advantage
• With at least 5 years of sales experience
• Experience in the animal industry, veterinary products, agribusiness, or pharmaceutical industry is preferred
• Must be willing to travel and perform field-based work
• Must have strong negotiation skills, especially in customer development, account handling, and business closing
• Must have strong presentation skills for product discussions, client meetings, and management reporting
• Must be prepared for training toward future management responsibility
