WalterMart is looking for
Management Trainee/Assistant candidates who are eager to build a career in the
mall operations industry. Selected candidates will be assigned to key departments within our head office operations and trained to support various aspects of mall management and back-office functions.
Head Office Based (Quezon City)
- Leasing Assist in managing tenant relations, lease contracts, and occupancy targets.
- Accounting Support mall revenue tracking, financial reporting, and expense management.
- Purchasing Coordinate vendor transactions, supplier accreditation, and procurement logistics.
- Business Development Contribute to market research, mall expansion strategies, and new initiatives.
- Security / CRS For criminology graduates only; must be a Registered Criminologist and at least 5'8 in height.
- Graduate of any four-year course (preferred background based on department)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Willing to be trained and deployed to various departments
- Must be willing to work on-site at WalterMart Head Office in Quezon City
