Management Trainee

Job description

Successful candidates will be responsible for handling day-to-day operational concerns, achieving sales target, leading store personnel, maintaining optimum inventory level of merchandise, and implementing other strategic business measures as mandated by management. The Management Trainee role is an entry level position in preparation for the Store Officer role.

Qualifications

- Graduate of any 4-year business course

- With at least 1 year relevant working experience preferably from retail industry

- Possesses good verbal and written communication skills

- Can perform with minimum supervision
