Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Management Trainee Program based in Quezon City. The selected candidate will undergo comprehensive training to develop leadership and operational management skills, immerse in various business departments, and gain hands-on exposure to core business processes. Responsibilities include assisting in daily operations, analyzing and solving business challenges, communicating effectively across teams, and ensuring excellent service delivery to clients. The program aims to build the next generation of leaders, with a focus on strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong Program Management and Analytical Skills to oversee projects and derive data-driven decisions.
• Effective Communication abilities to facilitate collaboration, present ideas, and drive clear interactions.
• Experience or capability in Training and mentoring teams to foster learning and development.
• Proficiency in Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction and foster strong relationships.
• Self-motivation, adaptability, and willingness to learn across multiple disciplines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Previous internship or work experience in a business or operational role is an advantage.
