As an agent in the Operations Team, you will be responsible for day-to-day calls received and made to US clients , guiding and solving their queries with 100% efficiency. You will be working collaboratively with your fellow agents and Leaders to deliver best call resolutions and high call quality metrics.
Job Responsibilities:
Inbound calls for a major bank in the US (few outbound calls may be required)
Attention to detail and customer – first mindset
100% attendance & schedule adherence
Always maintain full integrity and be fully compliant with all policies of the company.
Participate in call quality feedback and development sessions
Respond appropriately on every call and complete all the process requirements
Goals and targets are required to be met and follow schedules for completing daily / weekly and monthly goals
Interviews will be conducted on site
100% Work from Office
Qualifications:
International Inbound Customer Service experience in any INTERNATIONAL BPO as a CSR
Knowledge of how to handle daily inbound calls in a call center operation.
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Must have current valid NBI clearance.
At least a Senior High School Graduate
Proficient in Microsoft tools
Has good typing skills
Has keen attention to detail
Must have at least 6 months BPO experience
Must be willing to work rotational shifts (US shifts)
