Management Trainee

The Officership Training Program (OTP) is BPI's premiere management training program that equips high-potential individuals with management and leadership skills. It provides a deeper understanding of the Bank's products, services, and business operations to fit and transition readily into entry-level management positions.

To be eligible for OTP, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. Active involvement in extracurricular activities
3. Demonstrated leadership roles within the university or other relevant organizations
4. Attained a strong academic track record
5. Majoring in Finance, Business, Management, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or other related fields
