Job Description: DTC Key Accounts Manager
Role Summary
The DTC Key Accounts Manager is responsible for driving growth, performance, and execution across assigned DTC brands or accounts (Shopify websites). This role ensures strong revenue performance, optimized conversion, and seamless execution of merchandising, campaigns, and site operations.
Success in this role means consistently hitting revenue targets, improving conversion metrics, and ensuring best-in-class execution across all owned DTC channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Account Performance Ownership
- Own revenue performance of assigned DTC brands/accounts
- Drive achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Monitor key metrics including conversion rate, AOV, and revenue
- Identify growth opportunities and implement action plans
2. Merchandising and Campaign Execution
- Execute product launches, promotions, and bundles
- Ensure product pages are optimized (images, copy, pricing, offers)
- Maintain merchandising calendar alignment with brand priorities
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with supply chain
3. Website Operations
- Manage day-to-day Shopify site operations
- Ensure site is updated, accurate, and conversion-optimized
- Coordinate with Tech Team for bug fixes and improvements
- Maintain site hygiene (collections, tagging, navigation, UX updates)
4. Traffic and Campaign
- Work with Performance Marketing team on campaign execution
- Ensure campaigns align with product priorities and inventory
- Support optimization of paid traffic for conversion and ROAS
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements
5. Content and Creative
- Work with Creative team to ensure assets are aligned with campaigns
- Ensure product visuals and banners support conversion goals
- Participate in creative testing and optimization cycles
6. Data and Reporting
- Track and report key metrics:
- Revenue
- Conversion rate
- Average Order Value (AOV)
- Analyze performance trends and recommend improvements
- Maintain regular reporting cadence for assigned accounts
7. Cross-Functional Alignment
- Coordinate with:
- Brand/Category teams for product priorities
- Performance Marketing for campaigns
- Supply Chain for stock availability
- Ensure DTC execution supports overall business goals

Requirements:
Experience
- 3–6 years in e-commerce, DTC, or digital operations
- Experience managing Shopify or similar platforms
- Exposure to performance marketing and merchandising
