Present findings and strategic recommendations to clients senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure solutions align with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.
Project & Team Leadership
Oversee multiple client projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Collaborate with a team of consultants on progress of client advisory services.
Establish consulting methodologies and frameworks to standardize and improve service delivery.
Monitor project performance, resolve challenges, and ensure client satisfaction.
Business Development & Client Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, positioning the firm as a trusted business advisor.
Identify opportunities to expand consulting services and generate new business.
Lead proposal development, presentations, and negotiations for potential consulting engagements.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to enhance the firms expertise.
