Your Role as Management Accountant

As the Management Accountant, you'll play a key leadership role in the finance team, serving as the principal support to the Finance Director. This is a dynamic opportunity to get involved across all areas of finance operations. You'll help oversee everything from cash flow and working capital to reporting, audits, and team support.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing monthly management accounts and detailed profit & loss statements
• Managing the balance sheet and bank reconciliation processes
• Supporting month-end billing and resolving finance system (3E) queries
• Reviewing monthly overheads and posting journals
• Monitoring cash flow and supporting treasury management
• Assisting with fee earner reporting, WIP and debtors management
• Supporting local tax reporting, audits, and annual budget preparation
• Collaborating with the Finance Director on reporting and communication with the UK group
• Leading and mentoring members of the finance team

Requirements

What we're looking for

• Strong Microsoft excel and finance system skills
• Strong financial control skills
• Experience in the preparation and review of Management Accounts
• Excellent commercial awareness to support the growth of the business
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with experience of meeting targets and deadlines
• High level of attention to detail with significant emphasis on quality of work
• Excellent communication skills
