Specialized experience with plumbing, electricity, or HVAC maintenance.
Good managerial and communication skills, highly developed organizational skills, has the ability to prioritize workload and manage deadlines, proficient computer skills, and with good supervisory skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and routine building inspections to identify possible issues
Replace broken fixtures and hardware
Assist with painting and hanging drywall as needed
Assist with landscape maintenance and intensive cleaning tasks
