Job Summary
We are seeking a
Maintenance Technician (AC Technician) responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various air conditioning and HVAC systems on a project-based, contractual assignment. This role ensures optimal system performance, efficiency, and adherence to industry standards and safety protocols for our projects.
What You'll Do
As our AC Technician, you'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various air conditioning and HVAC systems for specific projects. Your key tasks will include:
- Monitoring and visual inspection of all FCU and ACCU units (Split type and VRF).
- Performing preventive maintenance on fans, blowers, and drain lines.
- Cleaning FCUs, ACCUs, and ledges.
- Electrical testing, re-tightening terminals, and operating/diagnosing fans, motors, and pumps.
- Performing welding activities and reporting all defects.
- Assisting the Mechanical Engineer with airflow/volume testing and commissioning.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in AC/HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Ability to perform welding activities.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on a 1-year contractual, project-based assignment.
