Job Description

Duties And Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, equipment, and plant facilities.
Conduct equipment inspections, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of machinery and mechanical systems.
Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and minimize downtime.
Prepare maintenance reports and maintain equipment records.
Interpret engineering drawings, technical manuals, and equipment specifications.
Coordinate with the Production and Engineering teams to resolve equipment-related concerns.
Ensure compliance with company safety policies and maintenance standards.
Perform other engineering-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer (LME).
Fresh graduates and newly licensed Mechanical Engineers are welcome to apply.
Knowledge of mechanical systems, preventive maintenance, and industrial equipment.
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical manuals.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Willing to work in a manufacturing environment.
Willing to be assigned at LIMA Technology Center, Lipa City, Batangas.
