Job Description
Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
- Conduct inspections and basic diagnostic tests to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Monitor machine performance and document maintenance activities and findings.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies, procedures, and standards.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and equipment schematics.
- Coordinate with the Engineering and Production teams in troubleshooting equipment concerns.
- Recommend process improvements and maintenance initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Technology, or any related field.
- Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer (LME).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in maintenance, manufacturing, or industrial operations is an advantage but not required.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and industrial equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documents.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Willing to work in a manufacturing environment and perform hands-on maintenance activities.
- Physically fit and capable of working in various plant conditions when necessary.
