Job Description

Duties And Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
Conduct inspections and basic diagnostic tests to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
Assist in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
Monitor machine performance and document maintenance activities and findings.
Ensure compliance with company safety policies, procedures, and standards.
Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and equipment schematics.
Coordinate with the Engineering and Production teams in troubleshooting equipment concerns.
Recommend process improvements and maintenance initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Technology, or any related field.
Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer (LME).
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience in maintenance, manufacturing, or industrial operations is an advantage but not required.
Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and industrial equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documents.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Willing to work in a manufacturing environment and perform hands-on maintenance activities.
Physically fit and capable of working in various plant conditions when necessary.
