About The Role
As aCBRE Multi-skilled Technician, you will perform ongoing preventive maintenanceand repairs on a mechanical, electrical, and other building system.
This jobis part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They areresponsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs onequipment and systems.
What You'll Do
- Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
- Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
- Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs. Work with available systems to manage and track completion.
- Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
- Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Report violations to Management.

About You
- Bachelor's Degree or Vocational Graduate of any course related to Facilities Management or Engineering
- NCII Certificate required
- At least 3 years of experience in Facilities Management, Engineering/Maintenance
- Has strong technical knowledge of building systems and facilities equipment (electrical, mechanical, HVAC)
- Leadership and management experience
- Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, 6 days a week, weekends/ holidays
- Can start ASAP
