We are now seeking a CFD Engineer to be based in our Makati City office.
Responsibilities
- Deliver energy and performance analysis using RED in‑house tools and industry‑standard software
- Carry out data centre assessments, including PUE, ASHRAE 90.4, and related performance metrics
- Prepare RFIs, calculations, technical reports, and client‑facing deliverables
- Coordinate closely with multidisciplinary project teams to meet project and business deadlines
- Support IES‑based energy modelling activities, including delivery of:
- UK Building Regulations Part L assessments
- CIBSE heating and cooling load calculations
- Energy performance analysis (including ASHRAE 90.1 and CIBSE TM54)
- Prepare clear technical outputs from IES analysis, including model summaries, load reports, regulatory compliance outputs, thermal comfort results, and inputs to wider energy or sustainability reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline
- Understanding of mechanical and electrical building services systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with confidence using Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to extract and interpret technical information from drawings, schedules, and specifications
- Ability to prepare clear, structured, and professional technical reports
- Experience in energy or thermal modelling using IES, TAS, or equivalent software
- General knowledge of sustainability principles and building performance
- Familiarity with UK Building Regulations Part L, BREEAM, LEED, and ASHRAE 90.1
Interaction:
- Collaborating globally with peers and counterparts. Reports to the central Sustainability team and work across UK, EMEA, APAC.
- Developing long term-term business relationships with colleagues.
- Working alongside design engineers, project managers, IT team, non-technical and administrative colleagues.
