Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and ensure smooth operations across all facilities. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to site management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections to identify issues and required maintenance.
• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and assign tasks based on workload forecasts.
• Supervise, train, and manage maintenance staff.
• Coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance activities.
• Oversee repair work and ensure timely completion.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and proper storage.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs.
• Monitor and follow up on all maintenance and repair activities.
• Conduct scheduled safety inspections.
• Develop strategies to meet workload demands efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree graduate. Must possess a valid TESDA NC II Certificate
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of building trades, cleaning procedures, and maintenance practices.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Experience in budgeting and performance management.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office, email, and related tools.
• Strong time management and decision-making skills.
