We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead electrical maintenance operations, ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of plant equipment and systems.

About the Role

The Electrical Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling all electrical maintenance activities within the plant. This role ensures optimal performance of electrical systems and equipment, minimizes downtime, and upholds safety and regulatory standards to support continuous plant operations.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement electrical maintenance plans and programs
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems and equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure timely resolution
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical components
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations
• Monitor and maintain power distribution systems and utilities
• Manage maintenance schedules, resources, and spare parts inventory
• Lead and mentor maintenance technicians and electricians
• Coordinate with other departments for maintenance and project requirements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• PRC Licensed Electrical Engineer or Registered Master Electrician
• 3–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, motors, and control systems
• Experience in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance programs
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management systems
