MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
Salary: PHP 30,000–35,000
Work Schedule: 6 days a week / Shifting / Holiday schedules
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team-lead experience.
At least 3–5 years of relevant maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily maintenance activities of the plant to ensure the reliability, safety, availability, and proper operating condition of production equipment, facilities, utilities, and related systems.
