currently looking for a Maintenance Planner who will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance work orders to ensure the efficient operation of all plant machinery and equipment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning work orders, repairs, servicing and efficient functioning of all machinery and equipment inside the plant.
- Prepare technical documentations that will support the crew in performing their duties.
This includes drawings, diagrams, PID and flow charts.
- Provide a complete record of machine repair history for analysis.
- Identifying, ordering and tracking materials / parts / equipment requirements of planned work.
- In-charge in developing, updating and controlling of Engineering Department's documentation.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical operation and maintenance of food industry machinery and equipment
- Have experience in planning and implementation of maintenance activities
- Knowledge and experience in FSSC, HACCP, and GMP, CAD, INFOR system (or other
ERP systems)
- Computer literate
- Licensed Engineer (preferred)
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
