Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for planning work orders, repairs, servicing and efficient functioning of all machinery and equipment inside the plant.
Prepare technical documentations that will support the crew in performing their duties. This includes drawings, diagrams, PID and flow charts.
Provide a complete record of machine repair history for analysis.
Identifying, ordering and tracking materials / parts / equipment requirements of planned work.
In-charge in developing, updating and controlling of Engineering Department's documentation.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical operation and maintenance of food industry machinery and equipment
Have experience in planning and implementation of maintenance activities
Knowledge and experience in FSSC, HACCP, and GMP, CAD, INFOR system (or other ERP systems)
Computer literate
Licensed Engineer (preferred)
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
