About Our Client

Job Description
- Manage and supervise maintenance operations for property facilities.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and strategies.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards in all maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repair and maintenance services.
- Monitor and manage maintenance budgets and resources effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities are in excellent condition.
- Train and guide maintenance staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Prepare and present maintenance reports to management as required.
