About Our Client

Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing industrial manufacturing organisation specialising in high-performance production systems within the automotive supply chain.

Job Description

Lead end-to-end maintenance operations, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programmes
Drive key performance metrics such as OEE, MTBF, and MTTR to improve equipment reliability and plant efficiency
Oversee maintenance and optimisation of critical equipment, including wire drawing, stranding/bunching, and extrusion systems
Manage troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) to minimise downtime and recurring issues
Champion Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Plan and execute equipment installation, commissioning, and ramp-up for new production lines
Manage CMMS platforms, maintenance planning, and spare parts inventory strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, OEMs, and vendors to ensure smooth operations and technical upgrades

The Successful Applicant

Non-Negotiables:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
Minimum 5-10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Proven experience within cable manufacturing (mandatory)
Strong technical expertise in extrusion systems, wire drawing, and stranding/bunching machinery
Demonstrated leadership experience managing maintenance teams in a high-volume plant
Will be based in Lima, Batangas City

Good-to-Haves:

Experience with E-Beam systems
Strong background in TPM implementation
Hands-on experience with CMMS systems and reliability engineering tools
Exposure to plant expansion, automation, or modernisation projects
