- Oversee production support, facilities repair, and preventive maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment uptime and efficiency
- Supervise, mentor, and lead a team of line sustaining and PM technicians, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules, procedures, and standards to minimize downtime and optimize productivity
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address equipment issues and support manufacturing goals
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies
- Drive initiatives for process improvement, cost reduction, and operational excellence
- Prepare and manage reports on maintenance activities, equipment performance, and resource utilization.
Job Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive work experience in the manufacturing industry, with strong exposure to production operations and facilities management
- Proven expertise in preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and repair management
- Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise technical teams, including line sustaining and preventive maintenance (PM) technicians
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a track record of driving operational efficiency
- Willing to be assigned at Naic, Cavite
