Basic Qualifications

Bachelors Degree Graduate in Engineering
Minimum two (2) to three (3) years of working experience in Manufacturing Industry
Knowledgeable in Drafting
Highly dynamic
Metric-driven
Experience in close tolerance manufacturing environment with responsibilities in machine operation and programming

Duties And Responsibilities

Supervise machinists daily work
Check and evaluate accomplishment reports of machinists
Monitor mould development schedules
Check and evaluate fabricated moulds
Plan, schedule, and implement rules and regulations
Perform duties that may be assigned
Participate in the creation of the daily machine schedule, providing feedback on feasibility, flow, and operator capacity
Ensure all machines are running in accordance with the daily published schedule and objectives
Actively mentor and participate in the training of machinists, including goal setting, reviews, and completion of annual performance evaluations
Set up machines, adjust settings, perform calibration, and conduct maintenance
