Civil Engineer/Road Designer

We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer / Road Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in road design, CAD drafting, and civil engineering analysis, and who is eager to work on complex infrastructure projects in a remote setup.

Secondary Skills (Highly Valued / Willing to Train):

• First-principles earthworks estimating using Expert Estimation

• Basic construction scheduling using MS Project

• Swept path analysis using Autodesk tools or AutoTURN

• Data analysis and reporting using Excel

• Haul road auditing against Standard 19 or client standards

• Haul truck simulation using CAT FPC software

• Mass haul analysis using Topcon Project

• Preparation of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)

What We're Looking For:

• Strong experience in Civil Engineering or Road Design

• Proficiency in Civil 3D or similar design software

• Background in CAD drafting and earthworks analysis

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to learn new tools and technical processes

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Good communication and collaboration skills
