Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Malvar for a Machine Operator. The Machine Operator will manage daily machinery operations including starting, operating, and maintaining machines to produce high-quality products. Responsibilities include setting up and adjusting machine settings, performing routine maintenance, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring quality control of manufactured goods. The role requires collaboration with team members and reporting any machine malfunctions or quality issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Machine Operation and handling Hand Tools
- Experience in Quality Control and understanding machinery processes
- Strong Communication skills to effectively coordinate tasks and report issues
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and adherence to safety standards
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus
- Willingness to work on-site in Malvar and flexible to accommodate different shifts
