Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform blocking and deblocking of optical parts using wax or pitch according to process specifications.
- Ensure proper alignment and secure mounting of parts on blocking tools.
- Monitor blocking quality to prevent misalignment, contamination, or part damage.
- Safely remove parts during deblocking while maintaining surface quality.
- Follow standard operating procedures, safety, and cleanliness requirements in the work area.
- Record production data and coordinate with the production team to meet output targets.
Education & Experience
- At least Senior High School or Technical/Vocational graduate.
- Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, or optics processes is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of production tools and handling of precision parts is preferred.
Skills
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle delicate optical parts carefully.
- Basic understanding of process instructions and quality requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions
- Work is performed in a controlled production environment.
- Requires standing for long periods and handling small precision parts.
- Must follow safety, and cleanliness procedures.
- 6-day work week, with possible Sunday overtime when shipment requirements are critical.
