As An M&A Associate, you're the last line of defense before a deal funds and closes. You review structures, fix LOIs, kill risks early, and make sure everything is clean and ready to go. You mentor analysts, tighten our process, and keep the pipeline moving fast. About the Role
We're looking for someone sharp to own deal structuring oversight and execution quality. You'll approve structures and LOIs, ensure packages are lender-ready, and help the team level up so we close more and faster.

Responsibilities
- Review and approve analyst structures (SBA, seller notes, equity rolls, earnouts) for accuracy and fundability
- Redline and finalize LOIs so terms are clear, strong, and enforceable
- Oversee LOI video walkthroughs to make sure the logic is solid and risks are covered
- Do senior reviews on financials, assumptions, SOPs, KPIs, and risk flags
- Work with teams, partners, and lenders to get packages fully ready
- Mentor analysts on structuring, risk spotting, and execution
- Spot bottlenecks and improve processes to close deals faster
Requirements
- Strong ability to analyze financials, build/review models, and evaluate deal logic
- 2+ years in transaction support, financial analysis, project execution, or similar high-stakes work
- Quick learner who can pick up SBA, seller financing, DSCR, and lender rules fast
- Sharp eye for detail, good judgment, and comfort in fast-moving settings
- Clear communication for feedback, approvals, mentoring, and team coordination
- Proactive ownership mindsetthings don't slip on your watch
Nice to Have
- Background in M&A, private equity, investment banking, corporate development, Big 4, or SMB deals
- Some exposure to SBA lending, seller financing, LOIs, or DSCR
- Experience in high-volume pipelines or fast-growth environments
- Comfort with tools like Notion, Slack, Google Sheets
- Track record in remote or distributed teams
