The role focuses on delivering an exceptional end-to-end customer experience, building long-term client relationships, and achieving sales targets while upholding the brand's luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a personalized and consultative sales experience to luxury automotive customers
- Understand client lifestyle, mobility needs, and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles and options
- Manage the full sales journey, from inquiry and test drive to closing and post-sales follow-up
- Build and maintain a strong client base to generate repeat sales and referrals
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets while maintaining premium customer satisfaction levels
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge, including vehicle features, technology, and brand positioning
- Ensure showroom presentation and customer interactions reflect luxury brand standards
- Accurately record leads, customer interactions, and sales progress in CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
