What is this role about
This role is responsible in ensuring proper administration of operational activities and lubricants sales in their handled LubeServ service center. This role will also serve as the primary point of contact for all automotive services.
What will YOU do
1. Product Sales, Oil Change and Maintenance Services
2. Customer Management
2.1. Welcomes customers, takes down initial information and assess their service requests
2.2. Informs customers of repairs needed with cost estimates and repair completion
2.3. Manages customer complaints
2.4. Monitors all on-going vehicle repairs and provides status to customers as needed
3. Oil Change/Maintenance Service Preparation and Processing
3.1. Prepare service orders with complete description of customer concerns
3.2. Performs vehicle service and vehicle troubleshooting
3.3. Endorses service orders to mechanics and assists with vehicle troubleshooting
3.4. Hands over vehicle to customers once vehicle service is done
4. Inventory Management
4.1. Monitors and manages inventory of LubeServ service center equipment
5.Reporting and Records Management
5.1. Logs and keeps accurate documentation of oil change service requests provided to the customers
5.2. Submits the following reports to the assigned Accountant
5.2.1. Daily Sales Report (cash and inventory)
5.2.2. Other reports as deemed necessary
5.3. Maintains customer database
6.Cash Management
6.1. Ensures that all cash on hand and deposit details are properly declared
7. People Management
7.1. Supervises the performance and prepares shift schedules of LubeServ service center personnel (Cashier and Mechanics)
7.2. Ensuring that all mechanics are trained on standard LubeServ service center operations and customer service
8. Business development of LubeServ
9. Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time
