ABOUT WEDDED WONDERLAND

Wedded Wonderland is the global luxury destination wedding and celebrations platform connecting couples, suppliers, and venues across more than 50 countries. With 1M+ Instagram followers across six pages and a co-founder whose organic content consistently reaches 40,000+ views per post, we are building a daily content machine that drives three commercial outcomes simultaneously: couple concierge inquiries, supplier network memberships, and investor credibility.

THE ROLE

We are expanding into long-form video YouTube interview series, destination showcase films, brand documentaries, and Wendy's extended talking-head content. The Long-form Video Editor uses AI tools to dramatically accelerate every stage of the post-production process: Descript for transcript-based editing, Adobe Premiere Pro's AI tools for audio cleanup and auto-reframe, and Riverside.fm's studio quality for clean source material. You bring the editorial instinct, the colour eye, and the storytelling structure. AI handles the repetitive technical work so you can focus on what makes a video worth watching to the end.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Edit 24 long-form videos per week (520 minutes) using a Descript-first, Premiere Pro-finish workflow
  • Use Descript to make structural edits via transcript remove filler words, cut sections, rearrange scenes without scrubbing the timeline
  • Finish and polish in Premiere Pro colour grade, audio mix, motion graphics, and export mastering
  • Use Premiere Pro's AI tools: Auto Reframe for vertical cuts, Speech to Text for captions, AI audio cleanup via Adobe Podcast
  • Process Riverside.fm recordings to extract maximum quality from remote interview source material
  • Cut 12 short-form highlight excerpts per long-form piece and brief the Virality Editor with an OpusClip-generated shortlist
  • Produce YouTube-ready deliverables: polished cut, chapter markers, end screen, and thumbnail brief
  • Maintain visual consistency across all long-form content per Creative Director brand guidelines
  • Deliver polished first cuts within 4872 hours of receiving raw footage and an edit brief

Requirements

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Portfolio of long-form video work with retention or completion data interview edits, brand films, or YouTube content required
  • Expert proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve professional NLE skills non-negotiable
  • Working knowledge of Descript for transcript-based editing this is a core part of our workflow
  • Professional-level colour grading and audio mixing luxury brand visual standard throughout
  • Familiarity with Riverside.fm output formats and how to extract maximum quality from remote recordings
  • Reliable 4872 hour first cut turnaround

BONUS IF YOU HAVE

  • Experience editing luxury, travel, or editorial lifestyle content
  • Motion graphics proficiency in After Effects for branded lower thirds
  • Experience cutting documentary-style content from long unscripted interviews
  • Understanding of YouTube retention curves and how editorial decisions affect watch time
