At TOA Global, we have a deep commitment to empowering individuals to excel in their enterprises, careers, and communities. Our global footprint stretches across Australia, New Zealand, North America, and the Philippines, supporting our global clients in the accounting and agricultural logistics sectors.

As the Senior Logistics Team Leader, you are the strategic engine behind the international distribution of fresh produce. This role is designed for a veteran of the supply chain industry who excels in the high-stakes environment of perishable goods. You won't just be tracking shipments; you will be leading a specialized team to ensure every Commercial Invoice, Certificate of Origin, and Bill of Lading meets stringent global regulations and food safety protocols, ensuring producers reach international markets in peak condition.

Your Impact

  • Strategic Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Export Documentation and Logistics Coordinators. You will be responsible for workload planning, task allocation, and the execution of training plans, while fostering a high-performance team culture.
  • End-to-End Export Documentation: Oversee the preparation and issuance of critical export documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Agricultural Certifications, and Bills of Lading. You ensure the team adheres to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for total accuracy.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Food Safety: Act as the primary guardian of global export regulations and fresh produce protocols. You will liaise with government agencies to secure necessary permits and stay ahead of changes in international requirements for food safety and agricultural shipments.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Collaborate closely with Packhouses, Sales, QA, and Logistics teams to assign orders to vessels and secure shipping bookings. You will track cargo readiness and ensure that documentation deadlines align perfectly with vessel schedules.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Relations: Proactively communicate with overseas customers regarding shipment status and compliance documentation. You will serve as the point of escalation for complex issues, resolving discrepancies promptly to maintain strong global relationships.
  • Continuous Improvement & Analysis: Identify opportunities to streamline documentation workflows and reduce errors. You will prepare detailed reports on logistics accuracy and performance trends, utilizing root cause analysis to remedy recurring issues.

What You Bring

  • The Credentials: Cert IV in Frontline Management (Supply Chain) and AQIS Accreditation are highly regarded. You possess a deep understanding of export documentation and logistics for international markets.
  • The Experience: Proven track record in Export Documentation and Logistics, ideally within the fresh produce industry. You have extensive experience working with complex IT systems and document management platforms.
  • Technical Mastery: Strong knowledge of process engineering, planning, and continuous improvement methodologies. You are an expert at root cause analysis and problem-solving in a fast-paced supply chain environment.
  • Leadership Prowess: A self-motivated leader who can inspire a team and manage resourcing needs effectively. You possess the ability to communicate across all levels of an organization, from packhouse staff to government agencies and global customers.
  • The Mindset: Analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-focused. You thrive in environments where precision is paramount and deadlines are non-negotiable.

We believe in rewarding high achievers with a work environment that fuels both professional growth and personal well-being.

Global Supply Chain Exposure: Lead a team supporting major international markets, gaining specialized expertise in the complex regulatory landscape of fresh produce exports.

Health & Security: Comprehensive HMO and Life Insurance coverage from day one.
