What You'll Do:
- Operations Management: Coordinate daily shipping, receiving, and distribution, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Staff Supervision: Manage, train, schedule, and evaluate logistics teams, assigning workloads and monitoring performance.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, manage storage, conduct cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies.
- Transportation: Arrange and oversee carrier, supplier, and customer communications for efficient delivery.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer service.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety standards, company policies, and relevant laws/regulations.
- Reporting: Analyze logistics data and prepare reports for management.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, preferably in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to coordinate between HO teams and 3PL partners.
- Familiarity with warehouse systems, order tracking tools, and inventory processes.
- Detail-oriented with strong sense of accountability to ensure timeliness and accuracy of outbound shipments.
- Must be open to warehouse-based work in Bulacan, with adaptability to a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
