Position Overview
In charge in processing of goods returned from trade deliveries in SAP
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all returns from trade are received accurately and accounted for
- Posting of all return related transactions in SAP
- Ensure that all details written in the accomplished Material Disposal Slip (MDS) are accurate and properly reconciled with other supporting documents
- Timely creation and submission of report related to returns with sales and finance
- Creation of Incident Report for activities with irregularities, issues, and concerns related to receiving of goods in the warehouse
- Partake in the justification of variances to carry out correction between actual quantity and items on record
- Observe and implement proper handling of products based on quality assurance and quality control standards during receiving (e.g FSSC, NSF, GWP etc)
- Perform special projects or any assignment that may be assigned from time to time
Education
Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
Experience
Requires a minimum of 1-2 years of logistics sales experience.
Skills
Good analytical skills.
