About this Position As a Logistics Planning and Operations Analyst at Henkel, your primary goal will be to enhance the reliability and efficiency of our global supply chain reporting processes. This role is essential in ensuring that our reporting is not only timely but also aligns with the strategic needs of the business, ultimately supporting informed decision-making and operational excellence. What Youll Do

  • Create and update Purchase Info Records to ensure data accuracy
  • Investigate variances and develop Price Lists as needed
  • Manage PBI access rights and ensure compliance with data security protocols
  • Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Assist in meeting the team's KPIs and SLAs while processing requests reliably
  • Provide administrative support by executing daily operations and tasks
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/ Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or other relevant courses
  • Minimum of three (3) years related work experience in Transfer Pricing, P Master Data, and Supply Chain
  • Intermediate to Advanced Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), Power Query, VBA scripting, Power BI, SQL and other automation tools is required
  • Having a background in Continuous Improvement (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) and Project Management is an advantage; Must be proactive, attention to details, analytical, and have good stakeholder management and presentation skills are required
  • Excellent command of the English language in both spoken and written
  • Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (3:00 PM - 12:00 MN) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
