Job Description:
Japan Logistics Operations Management
- Oversee logistics operations for the Japan market, including Transit warehouse and Linehaul
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve operational issues and ensure SLA compliance
Vendor Performance & RFQ Management
- Manage logistics vendors and monitor service performance and operational KPIs
- Support RFQ processes, including vendor evaluation and rate review
- Maintain close communication with vendors to ensure operational alignment and capacity stability
Logistics Cost Monitoring
- Track and analyze logistics cost performance for the Japan market
- Support initiatives to improve cost efficiency
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Prepare operational reports and monitor logistics performance metrics
- Provide data insights to support operational decision-making

- 일본 시장 물류 운영 관리 (Transit warehouse 및 Linehaul 포함)
- 내부 팀 및 물류 벤더 협업을 통한 운영 이슈 대응 및 SLA 준수 관리
벤더 성과 관리 및 RFQ 진행

- 일본 시장 물류 비용 모니터링 및 성과 분석

리포팅 및 성과 관리
- 물류 운영 리포트 작성 및 주요 물류 성과 지표 모니터링
- 운영 의사결정 지원을 위한 데이터 분석 및 인사이트 도출
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce operations
- Experience in vendor management or logistics operations coordination is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage operational data and performance reporting
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external logistics vendors
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
- Business-level English proficiency is required for communication with internal stakeholders and logistics vendors
- Japanese language proficiency is preferred for communication with Japan-based vendors
