Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day operation of ASP warehouse, spare parts ordering and fulfillment, technical support KBO requirements (Parts support)
  • Validate ASP submission on bad parts, send instructions on the parts to be sent back, follow up with the list and apply for submission/transmission sequence
  • Enforce the directives based on the SLA and KBO requirements, assist ASP in the coordination of tasks and the implementation of rules and regulations of the contract for the services provided
  • Run analysis on the KPIs and KBDs based on the good and bad practices to ensure defined and useful action plans for the resolution of RMA-KBO fulfillments
  • Define and fine-tune local service process and initiate the SLA management through all partner ASPs
  • Roll out new or updated (Logistics) procedure to service partners for further process improvement.
  • Ensure the timely completion of all incoming and outgoing physical parts, enforce rules and advise ASP on processes that require special attention (i.e. wrong parts, ELM reference mismatch deliveries)
  • Apply necessary documentation on missing parts (system generated versus actual) and send notifications on the approval
  • Run requests made by ASP on selected parts fulfillment requirements (Parts Support), ensure that the coordination between ASP-to-ASP parts support or ASP to HQ Parts support is conducted and mediated on behalf
  • Build relationships and effectively manage the relationships with our various Service Partners and measuring their performance with data, and leveraging that data for actionable insights
  • Conduct Monthly & Yearly inventory count to all Service partners.
  • Generate Daily & Weekly reports to monitor KPI's.

What You'll Bring:

  • A Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • More than 3 years of experience with electronics or peripherals from other brands.
  • With previous work-related experience is an advantage
  • Ability to prioritize work, multitask and meet deadlines
  • Strong smart decision making and problem-solving ability with attention to detail
  • Adaptable to challenging, fast paced, and changing work environment, requiring strong ability to prioritize changing work activities.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City.
