Description

The Coordinator II Logistics directly to the Parts Logistics Manager, Supervisor and Team Leader, but maintain close working relationships with other coordinators within the team, PTS, Sales Rep and Customer Engineers.

Interactions:

Maintain good communicative relationship with PTS, Sales Rep, CE, Service Partner, end customers and carriers for managing processed orders, RFQ, research and tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Process service request orders from Customer Engineers in US and Canada
  • Furnish quotes pertaining to Power UPS Parts products.
  • Research parts needed by the field customer engineers using PD CLoud and related resource such as Technical Knowledge Online (TKO) tool
  • Release and ship orders, monitor shipment and initiate communication to customers to provide update and status of orders.
  • Resolve internal and external customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide input to Team Leader with regard to process improvements.
  • Agent will be responsible for sourcing parts and batteries when necessary.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills are necessary
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken American English is required
  • Experience with computers, especially Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of US geography and transportation systems
  • Dependability
  • Demonstrated customer service resolution skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and capable of resolving contract and product issues
  • Team player with proven written and verbal communication skills (esp. telephone and email)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision
  • Demonstrated sound decision of choosing best method of shipment for all customers
  • Use software tools to find transportation information for all carriers
  • Basic understanding of inventory management

Educations and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferred), experience in supply chain and logistics or related discipline
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills are necessary.
  • Fluent English written and verbal skills.
