Job Description

With at least 1-2 years of experience, preferably with a logistics background
Good excel and communication skills
Focus on investigation and determining liable regions for (lost, delay, damage) parcels
Investigation or paralegal background is acceptable
Review and evaluate logistics-related claims, including freight charges, delivery discrepancies, damages, losses, delays, and contract compliance.
Investigate each case by gathering shipment records, tracking data, carrier communications, and contractual terms.
Prepare arbitration files, supporting evidence, and case summaries for internal decision-makers or external arbitrators.
Facilitate resolution between carriers, customers, and internal stakeholders through negotiation or mediation.
