Autoclinic is in search of a Logistics/Admin Assistant – based in Sta Rosa, Laguna!

Main Responsibilities:

  • ⁠Issue sales quotations, purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, and delivery orders accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate with SG logistics staff for shipment arrangements and related requirements.
  • Monitor and track all incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure system records are updated accurately and consistently.
  • Prepare and maintain logistics and operational reports as required.
  • Perform other administrative, logistics, and purchasing-related tasks as may be assigned.
  • Plan and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost savings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative and logistics roles (1–2 years preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and order processing
  • Knowledge of local and international shipping processes is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external partners
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • College graduate
