Autoclinic is in search of a Logistics/Admin Assistant – based in Sta Rosa, Laguna!
Main Responsibilities:
- Issue sales quotations, purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, and delivery orders accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with SG logistics staff for shipment arrangements and related requirements.
- Monitor and track all incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure system records are updated accurately and consistently.
- Prepare and maintain logistics and operational reports as required.
- Perform other administrative, logistics, and purchasing-related tasks as may be assigned.
- Plan and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost savings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative and logistics roles (1–2 years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and order processing
- Knowledge of local and international shipping processes is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external partners
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- College graduate
