Job Description

Responsible for handling claims arising from courier services, including but not limited to goods loss, delays, and damages.
Review claim documents and evidence provided by customers or platform, ensuring the completeness and accuracy.
Maintain and manage claims files, ensuring they are achieved and stored according to company standards.
Track and follow-up the progress of claims processing to the regional claims.
Compute the delays using the platform the SLA.
Make fair, reasonable, and enforceable arbitration decision in accordance with the company's claims policy and relevant regulations.
Facilitate communication between disputants to guide parties toward mutual agreement.
Handling internal and external communication for claims settlement
