Plan and create system wide marketing activities for the assigned brands on multi media channels, including P. R and communications, advertisement, digital specifically on social media and content marketing, branding, customer care and after sales marketing.
Liaise and collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Operations Director to understand the brands marketing requirements.
Liaise with Group Marketing Manager to prepare brand budget and monitor expenses.
Assist in the Development and implementation of the systemwide marketing strategies set by the Group Marketing Manager.
Assists the Group Marketing Manager in overseeing the systemwide operations of the brands.
Build relationships with media influencers and stakeholders that can be help raise brand awareness to the assigned brands.
Create and execute content marketing prepare the content calendar for the brand assigned.
Develop and oversee the branding guideline of the assigned brands if being followed or correctly executed.
Track the customer care after sales experience of the assigned brands.
Work closely with the CSR who is handling the brand reservation and complaints and make sure they follow the digital playbook guideline.
